Early life of PV Sindhu
PV Sindhu full name is Pusarla Venkata Sindhu. She was born on 05 July 1995 in Hyderabad. Both her parents have been national level volleyball players. Her father, Ramana, was a member of Indian volleyball team that won the bronze medal in the 1986 Seoul Asian Games, received the Arjuna Award in 2000 for his contribution to the sport. Though her parents played professional volleyball, she chose badminton over it because she drew inspiration from the success of Pullela Gopichand, the 2001 All England Open Badminton Champion. She started playing at the age of eight. She first learned the basics of the sport with the guidance of Mehboob Ali at the badminton courts of the Indian railways institute of signal engineering and telecommunications in Secunderabad.

Two-time Olympic medalist and former world champion shuttler PV Sidhu is set to tie the knot on December 22, in Udaipur. Sindhu will marry Venkata Datta Sai. Sindhu’s father said that the two families knew each other was everything was finalized just a month ago. The reception will be held in Hyderabad on December 24, after the marriage ceremony. The wedding festivities are set to commence on December 20.

He completed his BBA Accounting and Finance from Flame University Bachelor of Business Administration in 2018 and then did his master's degree in data science and Machine learning from Indian institute of Technology, Bangalore. Sai had stints with JSW and then as managing director of Sour Apple Asset Management before starting out at Posidex since December 2019.

Pusarla Venkata Sindhu is an Indian badminton player.
