Early Life of Manu Bhaker
Manu Bhaker was born on 18 February 2002 in Goria Village of Jhajjar district of Haryana. Her father Ram Kishan is a Chief Engineer in the Merchant Navy. Her mother, Sumedha, is a schoolteacher. Manu done her schooling from Universal Higher Senior Secondary School Goria, which was started by her grandfather. During her schooling she participated in many sports like tennis, skating, Manipuri martial art and boxing. She earned many medals in sports. When she was 14, she decided to focus on shooting only. After here her shooting career has started. She said in an interview that Bhagwat Gita helped her a lot during her tense time.
Educational Qualifications of Manu Bhaker
Manu done her schooling from her village’s school. At the age of 15 Manu became popular shooter in India, but with shooting she also studied very well. Her mother told in an interview that Manu is a very intelligent student since nursery. Along with her game she kept her education going and went on to study Political Science at Lady Shri Ram College Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. She is pursuing her master's at DAV College Chandigarh DAV College Chandigarh. Manu also loves to read mythological books. She often talks about Bhagwat Gita and Ramayan in her interviews.

Manu started playing shooting at the age of 14. Currently Manu Bhaker is just 22 years old. She won many medals in Shooting. But Manu became very popular when she won 2 bronze medals in the category of 10 - meter air pistol and 10 - meter air pistol mixed events. Manu Bhaker Olympics Journey and Beyond
In 2019, Manu Bhaker secured an Olympics quota place with commendable fourth place finish at the Munich ISSF World cup. However, her debut at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics did not go as planned. Despite this setback, she bounced back with remarkable performance in 2024 Olympics. Shortly after the Tokyo Olympics, Manu became the Junior World Champion in the Women’s 10m air pistol at the world championship in Lima. She continued to excel, winning a silver medal in the Women’s 25m pistol at the 2022 Cario world championship and a gold in the same event at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou. To be continue in many events finally she won 2 bronze medals in recent Olympics games. For India this was the first time to get 2 medals in Shooting.
